UI WIP v2
I love Lyn’s new UI, version 8. You can get his UI layout, coded for oUF here. I tried to mimic his layout with Stuf Unit Frames, this doesn’t look as slick as an oUF layout, but I’m just so much faster tweaking a Stuf layout than editing .lua. I’m really happy with how this looks, so I guess I’ll update this post from time to time.

Before you change anything, backup your WoW settings!

Instructions/profiles:
- 1680×1050
- uiScale “0.63999998569489″ (edit your config.wtf to match this)
- Grid profile: “stuf”
- DXE profile: “Drugfreeyth – Telrassil”
- Dominos profile: “Default” (Buttons on the right of my toon are for cooldown watching, not clicking!)
- MSBT profile: “Default”
- Skada profile: “neues”
- Bazooka profile: “Default”
- BankStack profile: “Default”
- Clique profile: “Drugfreeyth – Telrassil” (works with 5 button mouse)
- ButtonFacade profile: “Default”
- The alpha of actionbar 4 is applied by Alphabuttons.
- Buff/Debuff watching is done with rFilter2, if you want this to work, you have to change the .lua to match your toons name. Just replace “Drugfreeyth” with your shamans name or “Nianzu” with your warriors name.
- You can turn of SpeedyActions if you don’t like the idea behind this addon.
The Grid problem: Don’t update Grid at this point! The authors somehow rewrote the code, so all Grid versions newer than r1263 will break your Grid plugins. Wait until most of the Grid plugins are updated, then update Grid.
Please do comment if there’s stuff (or stuf) not working, looking ugly or if you have any ideas how to make this a better UI.

Thank you so much for this awesome ui! I had been using a ui I threw together after Qupe quit that was a mashup of rufio and quseui.. was getting tired of it
I’m glad you like it. I even thought about giving some basic support and maybe upload a monthly update, but most people seem to either not like it anyway or having no problems. We’ll see.
I love this UI great the position of everything it helps me so much in raids. Moving from DBM to DXE was the best thing I ever did. Thank you!
A monthly update would be great especially after a patch.
How i can hide blizzard casting bar?

The castbar is Stuf Unit Frames. Dominos cast bar should be turned off.
Hey! Thanks so much for converting this to stUF and grid, very helpful.
I’m wondering if there is a way to make it so that the chat frames aren’t in all lowercase. I looked through the .lua file and can’t find what’s up. I’m just constantly yelling (all caps) at people without even realizing it, because my keyboard doesn’t have a caps lock light.
I’d love if you could help me out, thanks!
Go to the SharedMedia\fonts Folder. Copy myriad.ttf into the Fonts folder in your main directory of WoW. Delete the ARIALN.ttf font and rename myriad.ttf to ARIALN.ttf. All set. I did this to because it’s really annoying if you don’t notice writing in caps.
